Shall we give you a break from the seasonals? I do have two very exciting apple and squash recipes coming up in the next couple days, but lets go back to green for a morning.
I haven’t been having smoothies lately. I was getting a very itchy throat and thought the banana in my smoothies might be to blame. I stopped, the itching stopped. But when I had a banana in this smoothie, I didn’t have any problems. Curious.

Nice simple and yummy. Took me forever to drink the whole thing. I ended up bringing it all the way to work with me.
Speaking of work, it was highly recommended to me that I should take my Certified Quality Engineer Exam this June. I was planning on waiting until December 2012, but I will probably be studying away while finishing my last semester of my Master’s degree.
Bring on the maca powder and it’s stress reducing nutritional properties.

Looks very filling and nutritious.. u means matcha green tea powder right… if not then what is maca powder?

That’s what I thought too when I first heard Brandan Brazier talking about it. But it’s a superfood powder (http://www.superfoodliving.com/raw-maca-powder) that has so many nutrients in it that it actually boosts several systems of your body. I use it because it helps reduce nutritional stress that leads to cortisol imbalances.
