I started running in 2009 after years of plantar fasciitis pain and when I still weighed 250lbs.

I have had my ups and downs with running.  I’ve stress fractured my leg and injured my ankle which lead to yo-yo weight loss and gain.  My goal for 2012 is to prevent injury by running a very consistent year.

As part of this goal I want to run at least 1 half marathon a month in 2012.
